Step 1
Create your project
Name it, pick the type (kitchen, bath, addition…), add your ZIP. That ZIP is what makes every number on the next screens local instead of a national average.

Step 2
Set your budget from a photo
Snap the room, tell us the scope, and the Photo Estimate builds a line-item budget from Zonda, Houzz and BLS labor data for your market. That becomes the target every bid is judged against.
Prefer your own number? Set it manually — the target is yours either way.
Step 3
Add your bids — each one judged against your target
Drop in contractor PDFs or photos. Every bid gets a 0–100 Confidence Score, red flags, missing scope priced in, labor checked against BLS rates, and a negotiation script. Side by side, against your own budget, not a generic average.
Analysis is free. Comparing two or more bids against your target is where the Remodel Pass begins.
Step 4
Redesign it — the budget re-prices live
In the Design Studio, change cabinets, counters, flooring or lighting on a render of your actual room. Each change re-prices the plan, so you can see what “white shaker cabinets” really costs before you ask a contractor.
Three renders are free. The Remodel Pass syncs design changes straight into your project budget.

Share one link
A read-only page with the budget, every bid versus your target and comments — for a spouse, a lender, or the contractor you’re negotiating with. Export the whole project as a PDF when you need paper.
Sharing is off by default. You turn it on; you can turn it off.
